We're not a luxury. We're your team. A lot of the people we see have been overlooked, rushed, or misunderstood by other massage and skin care places: people going through cancer treatment, living with lipedema, chronic pain, or autoimmune conditions, people with intellectual and physical disabilities, and anyone who's been told their body is "too complicated." We keep putting time, money, and energy into training so that doesn't happen here. We want to actually see you and hear you, without glossing over what you're going through, and help you keep living life on your terms.

How we work
Most of what we do is built on SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique). It lets us reach the deeper layers of your body without digging in, because we're working with your tissues and your nervous system instead of fighting them. The whole team trains in it, and it's a big part of why a session here feels so different from anywhere else.
Fair warning
If you believe massage has to hurt to work, Knead probably isn't for you. Honestly, you'll be disappointed. Not with how you feel afterward (you'll feel great, and you'll probably be surprised by the results), but because we won't beat you up. If that's what you're looking for, keep looking. You won't find it here.
Bring the baby. Bring the kids.
New parents, bring your baby to your session. Nurse, rock, pause, do whatever you need, and we'll help however we can. Our craniosacral therapy is gentle enough for newborns, too. Got older kiddos and no sitter? Our rooms are big. Bring toys, books, or art supplies (we ask for no screens, please), and they can play while you get your session.
