Knead Wellness Collective is excited to announce our Massage Residency program.

​We believe that massage and bodywork can be beneficial for every person at every stage of life. We also enjoy empowering our clients in their own health journey. Further, we seek to expand our knowledge and training to offer more inclusive services and are committed to creating a collaborative, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and clients.

We are looking for amazing and authentic people who have a warm, calming, and relaxed demeanor. Our ideal teammate would listen carefully to clients' unique needs and possess a desire to learn and grow.

I know you're asking, what the heck is that?! Picture this:

• Safe space to build your massage and bodywork skills. Take time to figure out what kind of bodywork speaks to you
• Individual Mentorship and Coaching provided 
• Low risk and overhead while you build your client base
• Employee available

Employee Status

• $30/hr +
• One 90 minute private coaching session a month
• $500 CE allowance a year
• Accrual of separate Sick and Vacation PTO
• License and Professional Membership reimbursement (after 90 days) 

Requirements

• Valid WA state LMT license​
• Pass background check
