Rescheduling or Missed Appointment Policy

• A credit card will be required for all appointments to ensure that time slot is reserved just for you. 
  
• Arriving late for an appointment may require us to reschedule or shorten the length of the session.
  
• Failure to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment will result in an automatic charge of 50% of the service amount.
  
• An automatic charge of 100% of the service will be charged in the event of a complete no-show.  
  
• If you have a gift certificate, the 50% rescheduling/cancellation fee still applies.
